HOW IT WORKS

Authorized Avatars for AASA is one mint on Robinhood Chain. Nothing is sold ready made: the only way an avatar comes into existence is a hash below the phase target, paid for at the entry price of the current phase.

One number, one avatar

The picture is a pure function of the seed. No metadata server, no upload, no off-chain generator: ask twice and you get the same pixels, and so does everybody else. The seed is the winning work hash, hashed again with the 5-minute time bucket of the mint — so the look of an avatar is settled only once it lands.

What the miner hashes

A miner picks a nonce and hashes four values together: their own address, the nonce, the work behind the previous avatar, and an anchor (a recent block hash). If the result is strictly below the phase target, the contract accepts it. Your address is part of the work — that is what makes a solution untradeable. The same nonce produces a different hash for anybody else.

Difficulty by phase

Every phase adds two bits to the target. One bit = twice the work. Phase 0 demands22 leading zero bits; phase 5 demands 32. The miner runs on processor cores through Web Workers — a real, measurable hashrate shown live in the dashboard.

Where the price goes

The entry price is paid by the minter and sent directly on-chain to the AASA treasury address. There is no intermediary and no escrow — the transfer is a plain ETH transaction you sign in your own wallet, visible on the explorer.

The wall

The collection ends at 4663 avatars — a number chosen to match the Robinhood Chain mainnet chain ID. It is not a soft cap you can rush: the last phases cost the most work and the most ETH, so reaching the wall is earned.

One mint, end to end

  1. Your browser reads the phase target, the anchor, and the entry price.
  2. Web Workers hash nonces until one lands below the target.
  3. The solution is shown. You press mint.
  4. Your wallet sends the entry price to the treasury address.
  5. The winning hash is hashed again with the time bucket — that seed is the avatar.
  6. The avatar is recorded and appears in the collection, forever.
